Synthesis:
There are three diseases that I can commonly have, that are Diabetes, Cancer and Hypertension. Since this three cannot be cured, only treatable, I need to take special preventions, also it is important to know the chances of getting or have inherited from these diseases. To know what prevention measures have to be taken, what should I change in my habits, and what places are preferable to avoid, to stay healthy I think it’s important to start with the daily habits, because that’s what we usually do and even without realizing it, as it becomes a habit.
First I need to have a healthy diet; this means eat more fiber and proteins, drink more water, eat a small portion, no choke and avoid the consume of fats and sugar. Also I need to do exercise; it would be best to exercise daily but if I can’t I need to make sure I’m going three days per week at least.
Other important point is that I need to be checked by a doctor. In that case if something goes wrong I’ll be just in time to prevent. To avoid the breast cancer I need to check me daily and to go to the doctor once a year.
In my opinion it is not what I need to do so I can’t get sick, I think is a way of living daily. For example if you enjoy making exercise and you do it daily, this will become a habit instead of an obligation. And it is the same with the food, if you liked to eat healthy is up to you. I think you can avoid all of the diseases if you just take care of yourself with small acts that can make the difference.
Conclusion: type deductive.
Is type deductive because with something small like a disease you can spread it so you can have more ideas of what it is, like the things I need to do to prevent it, and how I need to take care of me.

Synthesis:
Because the suffering that has been in my family are cancer, gastritis, epilepsy, arthritis, high blood pressure and poor circulation, it is important to know the chances of getting or have inherited some of these conditions to know what prevention measures have to be taken, what should I change in my habits, and what places are preferable to avoid, to stay healthy I think it’s important to start with the daily habits, because that’s what we usually do and even without realizing it, as it becomes a habit.
It is important to eat a balanced diet and exercise at least 3 times a week, and avoid as much as possible the use and/or consume of toxic substances harmful to the body, such as alcohol, tobacco, drugs, excessive consume of medicaments because we can became addicted. Is not just about avoid the consume of this substances, it is also important to avoid the frequent visits to places were these substances are commonly consume and abundant, as you become passive consumers and also affects your health.
We must take some unusual measures to take some control over possible diseases, to any beginning of any unusual discomfort or pain in specific areas is recommended to perform a check to prevent the disease, if any, to be develop more and become something incurable. Better to prevent.
In my opinion we always say that we must accomplish with all of these “rules” to lead a healthy life and feel good about it, but most of the time we ignore them or just do it for a short time, we should be aware of all what our body needs to function properly and how certain activities as simple as exercise can help, and try to make them a habit to enjoy and fulfill without realizing it and without seeing it as an obligation.
Conclusion: type deductive and inductive.
Deductive because it goes from general subjects to more specific things, like the diseases and specific things you may do to prevent it. Inductive because it also has a probable conclusion, it is not sure that if you avoid places where people smoke a lot you won’t get cancer or any pulmonary disease, but it is probable, because smoking is one of the main factors of this type of diseases.

I don’t have that much information from my family members, but from what I have I can start building conclusions about my health. The first thing that was easy to point out is that pretty much everyone inside my close family had chicken pox; in here using an inductive method because if everyone had chicken pox, I probably will too.
There are also some members with allergic rhinitis, including my siblings and me. So analyzing our family tree, from my mom’s side of the family we all cousins had similar diseases, and we are prone to get sick with a higher facility by our respiratory system.
Something that I also thought was very visible is that the higher in the three I analyzed, the more diseases they appear to have had. I think this is for obvious reasons, age. But I also think that could be a warning if we were going to Mars, that we all are more prone to have complications while we get older. So this, to me, highlights the importance of taking care of ourselves all the time, have a healthy life style, and not wait until we get sick and to a point of no return.
Another disease that took place within my family’s tree happened to two members; hypertension. In both cases the causes were not having a healthy diet and not exercising, meaning: they became overweight, and with this, came implications. Another highlight of why knowing how to carry a healthy life style will be quite relevant in Mars, because we don’t know how much medical support will be available for us on the Red Planet; much probable, not all we have here on Earth.
Many of my relatives had cancer, but for some reason, they are all, completely different kinds of cancer. So analogical thinking brings me to conclude that I should probably watch out and try to be healthier, since the disease (cancer) appears to be roaming around.
So pretty much, since my immune system is not the best, if I were to go to Mars, it is important to know to what I’m more prone to get sick of and on other side given to the diseases that have happened in my family it is also important to know which aspects are the most important for me to take care of.
